[When Luna wakes up in Luceti, her reaction isn’t that different from most. She’s not supposed to be here, she knows that. She’s never seen any place like it, either, especially with what’s in front of her: the ocean. It doesn’t take her long to notice her wings, either. Those are out of place on so many levels that it almost causes her to faint, but she perseveres. She knows that panicking won’t get her anywhere, that logically she’s somewhere which means there are probably others nearby...she can’t be the only one here.

Eventually, while taking in her surroundings, she notices the journal. It has her name on it, so she assumes at first they’re instructions of some kind, or a message telling her what’s going on. The last thing she expected it to be was a communication device, so it’s not long before she’s trying to get the journal to play a message back to her. Instead of playing another entry, though, she accidentally turns it on.]

O-oh! This thing is on already? I see...it's very easy to use, isn't it? I've never seen anything like it before...it's very advanced. I imagine something like this can be useful in so many ways. Um...it also means that I'm not the only one here, right? I haven't had much of a chance to look around, but if anyone can hear this... I mean, my name is Luna, and...and...

[She pauses, and she looks away from the camera.]

This is an ocean, right? I've never seen one in person before...it's beautiful.

[It's a while before she looks back down at the journal again. So long, in fact, that a minute passes and the journal stops recording.]

It was impressed upon me how vast the world truly was. Even in my own world, there exists lands and people I have not yet glimpsed.

I had no idea. It looks exactly like an ocean, so...what ocean is it, then? Do you know where we are?

'tis a world between worlds. A pitiable rock that leeches upon the realities of others, drawing the lives of witless victims onto its surface so as to make them their own. In this place, a small village called Luceti, we are the prisoners of those who arrived before us. The ocean you see is but one feature of a vaster world.

[That doesn't make sense. The realities of others? Drawing the "lives" of victims? Luna is certainly real, but she is not alive.]

That would explain things. It's...hard to believe, but...it feels right to believe you.

[Also, how could she have gotten here from where she had come from? If people can jump through histories, surely they can jump through worlds as well. But how would she have ever done something like that?]

But then, it actually was the truth he was telling.]

It is the truth as we know it.

[There are other reasons she believes him...she's just not going to share them. It's not lying, really, not to her. She just can't talk about certain things.]

A world that doesn't have a name...it's almost sad. [Almost being the operative word here. If she's been kidnapped somehow, then she's not going to feel happy about it.] Is there anything else you can tell me, Ganondorf? If that's not too much trouble.
